Please continue to support the Sons fundraiser of collecting cans and bottle for the redemption center. Through this effort we have been able to award scholarships to numerous High School Students. As Bob mentioned in his article, volunteers are always needed for the various events at the WAVP. The Sons have supported the monthly fish fry, which continues to grow each month. With this growth, more volunteers are needed to help with the food preparation, frying the fish, serving, and clean up. If you are able to help, please call me. I would like to see more of the Sons members attend our meetings to help plan other events, bring ideas for fundraising, and show support to our community, veterans and their families, and those currently serving our country.
