The Sons will be meeting March 12th @ 7:00 and are looking to find more Sons to become active. Bring ideas to share for projects, volunteering, and helping the Sons of AMVETS grow in membership.

Please continue to support the Auxiliary on their food nights and AMVETS on their Steak nights. These two activities raise money to be used for scholarships, community projects, and supporting Veteran’s needs and their families.

The Sons will be awarding a scholarship again this year. If you would like an application, you may contact me for a form. We continue to use the money collected from the can redemption bin located at the WAVP for the scholarships, so please remember to drop of your cans and bottles.

The Son’s are also looking into having a fishing Derby later this year. Please plan to attend future meetings if you are interested in helping out with this project and any future projects.
