Although it made the news, for us to be there as the VAVS representatives for AMVETS and AMVETS Auxiliary and seeing members there from several posts along with Sons and Riders to pay final respects to a Korean War Veteran was amazing. The pictures are proof that Veterans will be there when called, as this Veteran, Charles Lanam, had no known family. My thanks to all that answered the call.
