As our time filming, interviewing, and editing is quickly coming to an end, I got the opportunity to visit the Waverly Area Veterans Post yesterday before the end of the semester. As I walked through the building, which is still under construction, I was humbled by the beauty and purpose of the WAVP.  In just a few short months, I have grown an appreciation and gratitude for the individuals who are working so hard to make this veterans post a reality.
