It’s finely spring, maybe we survived winter after all. Now lets keep a close eye on all the bicycles and walkers that will be out there.

Starting March 26 road construction starts on Bremer Ave. again, but it sure will be nice when it’s all done.

On March 17, several Amvets and Auxiliary Members attended the Foreign Food Day at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown Iowa.

Everyone really enjoyed  the day. More members should give it a try.

Well it’s that time of year again to start thinking about taking the step of putting your name in the hat for a term as one of the officers of the Amvets board. New members with new ideas are a good thing.

Please continue to support the Auxiliary on their food nights and AMVETS on their Steak nights. These two activities raise money to be used for scholarships, community projects, and supporting Veteran’s needs and their families.
