WOW! What a wonderful membership dinner in October. That night we received 27 new members. We had a wonderful meal, great program, gave away door prizes, and had the opportunity to explore the new facility. If you have not renewed your membership you may send $20.00 to Jean Lanske 416 4th St. SW Waverly, Iowa 50677. All dues must be paid before December 30th.

Because Thanksgiving falls on the night that the Auxiliary normally has our Food Night, we will not have a food night in November. In December we will have our Holiday Hors D Oeuvre night so look for more information on that in the next newsletter. We have a collection box at the WAVP that will be used for donations to be given to the Iowa Veteran’s Home in Marshalltown. Donations must be full sized toiletries, Large through XXL new clothing items, or new puzzle books. In the passed we have collected a trunk load of items.
